Where is your wool sourced from?
My wool is ethically sourced from both South America and Australia, where mulesing-free practices are performed.
How should I care for my hand dyed yarn?
I recommend hand washing in cold or cool water and laying flat to dry.
My yarns are washed and rinsed thoroughly after dyeing, followed by a soak in Eucalan delicate wool wash. However, you may still experience minimal bleeding for the first few washes.
Will the yarn I receive look exactly like how I see it on your website?
Due to the nature of hand dyed yarn, colorways may vary slightly between skeins, even within the same dye lot. As a result, each skein is unique! This is the beauty of hand dyed yarn.
I do my best to accurately depict the colors of the yarn in the photos, but appearance may vary depending on your monitor.
It is recommended that you alternate skeins every couple of rows if you are using more than one skein of a given colorway for your project.
Do you offer a size inclusivity discount?
I offer a size inclusivity discount of 10% off 7+ skeins to customers who consider themselves plus-size and would benefit from this discount.
Please understand that the purpose of the discount is to provide plus-size makers with better access to hand dyed yarns for garment making. I rely on the honor system, so please use the code in the spirit it was intended.

When will my yarn order ship?
In-stock orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days. Pre-order turnaround times to ship vary per collection and will be either announced on the yarn preorder listing itself, or on my website and Instagram page after the preorder listings close.
What is your return/cancellation policy?
Returns
Incorrect/damaged item returns: in order to ensure the highest quality product that accurately represents my colorways, I carefully inspect every skein dyed for inconsistencies or damage. However, I am human and a "one woman show", as they say, so I may overlook something. If you received the wrong item(s) or the yarn has been damaged, please reach out via email (sincerefiberco@gmail.com) and I will help resolve your concerns. Please include your order number in your message.
General returns: the yarn must be in its original condition (not caked or untwisted) to be eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item(s). If you would like to return your item, please reach out via email (sincerefiberco@gmail.com) within 10 days of receipt. Please include your order number in your message. Preorder sales are final.
Cancellations
Pre-orders are final sale and I cannot accept cancellations at this time.
In-stock orders may be canceled within 24 hours of submission via email: sincerefiberco@gmail.com. Please include your order number in your message.
Do you offer wholesale?

Do you ship internationally?
We now offer international shipping everywhere except Germany at this time. International customers are responsible for paying any import or VAT fees. If you are located outside the USA and experience any issues checking out, please reach out to me and I will be happy to help.
